2. Will my order arrive in time for Halloween?

Order by mid-October with Standard Shipping, or choose Express Shipping for those last-minute frights. During peak season, we recommend ordering as early as possible, as the ghouls get greedy in October.

3. How do I care for my costume?

Most costumes should be spot-cleaned or hand-washed only, so always check the care label. Avoid machine drying, as it can damage delicate fabrics, trims, and special-effects details.

4. Do you offer group, couple, or family costumes?

5. Can I request a custom costume?

For custom and made-to-order pieces, email us at support@wickedthreads.com with your vision. We'll let you know what's possible and share the estimated timeline.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping and gift notes can be added at checkout on eligible orders, perfect for surprising a fellow creature of the night.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within a few hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed.

8. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Email us at support@wickedthreads.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
